아키히토(明仁) 일왕 부부(Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko)와

아베 신조(安倍晋三) 총리는 이날 오후 2시 30분 도쿄 국립극장에서 열린 4주기 추도식에 참석해

지진 발생 시각인 2시 46분에 맞춰 1분간 묵념했다.

미야기•후쿠시마•이와테현 등에서도 추모 행사와 대피 훈련이 이어졌다.

미야기 현 해안 지역인 미나미산리쿠 마을 주민들이

쓰나미로 골조만 남은 옛 방재대책청사 앞에서 묵념하고 있다.

이곳은 쓰나미 발생 당시 마지막 순간까지 대피방송을 하다 숨진 여직원 엔도 미키가 근무했던 청사다.

고이즈미 "후쿠시마 오염수 전혀 통제 안 돼"

아베 "오염수 통제" 발언에 고이즈미 "전혀 아니다" 비판

한편 '탈원전 전도사'로 나선 고이즈미 준이치로(小泉純一郞) 전 일본 총리가

 후쿠시마 제1원전 오염수가 통제되지 않고 있다며

아베 정권의 원전 정책을 비판했다고 3-11일 교도통신이 보도했다.

고이즈미 전 총리는 동일본 대지진 4주기를 맞아 이날 후쿠시마현에서 가진 강연에서

"'오염수는 통제되고 있다'고 누군가가 말했지만 전혀 통제되지 않고 있다"고 지적했다.

아베 총리가 줄곧 "오염수 상황은 통제되고 있다"고 주장한 데 대해 정면 비판하는 발언이었다.

 

고이즈미 전 총리의 이 발언은 아베 신조(安倍晋三) 총리가 2013년 9월 도쿄올림픽 유치전 과정에서

“오염수 상황은 통제되고 있다”고 주장한 것을 정면으로 비난한 것이다.

고이즈미 전 총리는 강연 후 기자들과 만난 자리에서

“총리가 ‘원전 제로’라고 하면 자민당의 다수도 협력한다”면서

“위기를 기회로 바꿀 환경이 갖춰져 있으며 이를 살려야 한다”고 강조했다.

 

그는 더불어 일본이 태양광 등 재생가능한 에너지 부문에서 뒤떨어져 있다면서

“정권의 통찰력이 부족하거나 판단력이 떨어진다”고 꼬집었다.

 

후쿠시마 사고 여파로 현재 일본의 모든 원전은 가동 중단된 상태다.

그러나 아베 정권은 안전이 확인된 원전은 재가동한다는 방침을 밝혔다.

 

후쿠시마 원전사고 4주기,대규모 원전 반대 시위 "원전 재가동 반대"

 도쿄에서 2만명 이상이 참가한 대규모 원전 반대 시위가 열렸다.

 

NHK는 "'수도권 반 원전 연합' 등 3개 단체가 도쿄 지요다 구 국회의사당 근처 등지에서 개최한 집회에는

 약 2만3000 명(주최 측 발표)이 참가해

아베 신조 정권이 추진 중인 원전 재가동에 반대하는 목소리를 높였다"고 보도했다.

이날 집회에서는 후쿠시마 제1원전의 운영사인 도쿄전력이

고농도의 방사성 물질에 오염된 빗물이 원전 전용 항만 바깥 바다로 유출되고 있는 것을

약 10개월 전에 파악하고도 최근까지 공개하지 않은 것으로 드러난 데 대해 규탄하는 목소리도

나왔다.

후쿠시마 원전 사고 여파로 현재 일본 내 모든 원전의 가동이 중단된 상태지만

 아베 정권은 안전이 확인된 원전은 재가동한다는 방침이다.

 

이에 따라 규슈 전력의 센다이 원전 1,2호기와 간사이 전력 다카하마 원전 3,4호기 등이

연내 재가동될 예정이다.
